Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule lessons cancelled with adequate notice.

Students are expected to attend all scheduled lessons and be punctual. Lessons will not be extended to accommodate late arrivals.

7. Online Lessons

For online lessons, students are responsible for ensuring they have adequate internet connection and appropriate equipment. Technical issues on the student's side will not qualify for lesson refunds.

All materials provided by Benzi's Tuition are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without permission.
